摘要:无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的转矩脉动是影响其性能的重要因素。针对无刷直流电机换相期间转矩脉动和非换相期间转矩脉动的问题,提出了采用滞环电流控制来同时抑制这两种转矩脉动的方法。分析了滞环电流控制的基本原理,建立了无刷直流电机滞环电流控制的仿真模型。仿真结果表明滞环电流控制对无刷直流电机的转矩脉动具有较好的抑制作用。

For the commutation torque ripple and noncommutation torque ripple problems of Brushless DC motor, hysteresis curent control method was proposed to suppress these two kinds of torque ripple. After the analysis of hysteresis current control principle, the simulation model of hysteresis current control for brushless DC motor was established. Simulation results showed that the hysteresis curent control method has a better effect on the torque ripple suppression of brushless DC motor.
